High pay and lots of employee benefits which encourage us to keep up the work positively i.e. take care of the employees. 1. Honesty is key and this company means it and makes the transparency in all the process. 2. Feel like home. 3. Employees are very helping in the nature, no matter in which team you are, Everyone will help you,guide you, encourage you. 4. Boss is very friendly in nature, always available for us whether the gudiance/ help is professional or personal. He is trying his best for our help in any matter. 5. In covid situation, mostly companies had laid off their employees but our company did not do so. It is very encouraging compared to other companies. 6. HR is very helpful, understanding every situation and trying to help us in every possible way, keeping us engages in various activities to enhance our leadership qualities. 7. Company provides lots of opportunities to upgrade your skills. They provide various learning stuffs to increase your technical skills. 8. Managers are admirable in nature, they guide us every step of the way if we stuck. 9. Outside lunch team meetings with the team. Townhalls with the boss. 10. Boss is always welcome our advice / suggestion. very humble person I have ever met. Polite in nature.

Dislikes

Salary is getting delayed because some employees have not done their compliance properly i.e. timesheet is not filled on time resulting in late payment processing. This is not the fault of the company. The only drawback is that they did not deduct the salaries of the late fillers. Evaluation process is slow. Yes, you heard me right. The evaluation process is not an individual process, It is a contribution from the first level to the higher level. If all the levels will do their job properly then there will be no delay from HR side. Legal actions take against only those people, who breached their employment contract. The company never force me to sign any policy. It is totaly and totaly our decision whether to sign it or not.

Srtek do provide chances to prove your mettle more than many companies that is for sure

Dislikes

They need to understand the importance of work-life balance, if it's not possible atleast pay handsome but having created a shop like work environment they don't care about employees' needs
