...s so that they can say you are not doing well after 6 months and let you down. No salary growth Do not provide salary slip and direct transfer the money in account. 2 years and 6 months bond in which they do not create pf account ,not even salary account and they say we will collect this pf amount with us so that we can not leave the company. 6 days working so that the employee will not even get time to think about switching and preparing for switching somewhere else. Even after completing 2 years and 6 months if one gives resignation they tell to serve for 3 months and during that period rather than focusing on clients they focus more on insulting and pulling down and demotivating that employee and another reason is that also for doing this is that if that employee has another offer he/she will not be able to join there.

everything i dislike about this company, seems like a fake company, no response from ceo, they hire people without any offer letter and then they cut 20 percent of salary without prior information, they keep us work like dogs and pay is very less, i wish i could give zero stars to this company. no work life balance not even a single thing is good about this company. I would never recommend this company to any one.
