Very very pathetic product and unprofessional treatment to employees. Employees job is uncertain here they may ask you anytime to leave without putting valid reason. Where as if you want to leave then you have to put notice period.

Job remains secured up till you keep performing. Similar is the case here. Management is no doubt , a good one here. You can just put your grievances by following the hierarchy.

Dislikes are there but it will be too hurry to illustrate those, as I know what to understands while working with a Fintech Startup.

Worst experience.... Kolkata team & Management was amazing and ambience were lovely of East zone Specially thanks to Chintu Mondal BDM

This is an amazing platform to work with, amazing people always working and supporting each other as a team rather than playing an politics. Management team is super amazing always been supporting and helping as and when needed.

Initially was working in a 5 day working company, so just if other 2 Saturday get off too:) would be great
