Had a good set of colleagues in my work tenure. Had great time working under leads. But working under lead offshore is terrible.

Dislikes

No proper hierarchy/streamline of process in the office. Often you have to check with HR for all process. No poper responses from HR. If you work as their pet you'll get promoted.

Everything here is negative heavy politics.everything went well onces when the account managers join politics started (Robert and Mohammed Sadiq)there played a game in our life .worst company ,No Esi ,Pf main thing no job security is there.over the night the terminate 24 members there spoiled our life .
