Office politics chori karta hai sab boss ka paisa sab log unke paise se bihar ghumne aata hai khana khata hai achha hotal me rahta hai daru pita hai aur kolkata jata hai.. jitne bhi chor hai srs me sab chahe bihar se ho kolkata se sabke naam s" se start hai.... naha sir ground lavel pe dhyan nhi dete isiliye sab chori karta hai

आपकी कंपनी बहुत ही अच्छी है मगर आप के बोकारो ऑफिस के मैनेजर और सुपरवाइजर दोनों चोर है . सर आप अपने छोटे कर्मचारियों को भी देखना चाहिए आप के नहीं देखने के वज़ह से हम जैसे कर्मचारी को कम से हटा दिया जाता है

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
