I am since 1year onwards as QS/billing, all superb , in time salary, good Good colleagues, Great working atmosphere, Support from the HO team, Timings are not fixed It will be flexible, mostly around 8 AM to 8 pm For Office people, but execution team, no timings need to work hard to prove it, I will join on the period of January to March

Dislikes

Mostly in the increment time, you would not consider because the company have their own priority. People like working since 10 years, eight years and fab isms, so the working hard people will suffer.

it is a practical oriented job so basically you learn from workers and you no need to wait for salary if the month ends you get time by time salary .and also you will be bilingual after worked in this company means you will learn hindi as well as other languages.

superiors behaviour was very bad with subordinates,no one can help in doubts regarding work,work life balance was terrible there is no time to manage life in this company.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow

Company is good, they are involved in lots of projects pan India. If you get good seniors you can learn something about the construction work. You need to work all 7 days of the work. no week off. If you work on 30 days including (4 sundays half day) then 2 comp off will be given and a sick leave and casual leave are allowed in a month but you cant take the that leaves without GM approval he can deny the leaves approval depend on his mood not on your importance/need and even you have plenty of balance leaves. Very strict timings wether work is going on site or not you have to be present at site till 7pm, and on sundays till 1pm. even workers doing their work or not at site. And no appreciatence for you hard work. No job securty. Every month 3/4 employees are leaving the company
