Likes

Management should be really serious and see what is happening to the college and lot and lot of improvement is needed. Lots of political issues,no professional seen, please give quality education for students. I really want to wish good for students.

Some people treat others like a slave without having any mercy. Please be polite with every faculty we are not your housekeeping services to behave. Follow up the college timings correctly.

I was working there four years ago. The work culture was cool. It focused primarily on teaching. There was not much focus on accreditation.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
