Does not have any system and process concerning to employees. Salary below market. Promoters not bothered about system and process improvement. The owners talk about best practices but does not really want.

It's a very good platform for freshers and for new comers. Here don't have any no for market growth activities.

Here old employees not get proper package and have so much issues for distraction from main work and in every small small issues cut off amount on sallary and ta/da bills.
