...ly billable hours from the team member and adds the rest billable hours in them. Due to this that employee never gets the Salary hike and they distribute the money among themselves.

...ow is 100% truth, you can comfirm it from the current employee working there. They are deducting 70% from employees salary and giving them 20 to 30% only. They are taking what there employee has instead of supporting them.

...ng team employees are senior and old employee of company nobody points to them. But the developers and other team salary is deducted because we don't have billability hours. Employee gets billablity hour when he has work to do in any project which generates revenue and if marketing team is unable to fetch any project from market then how it's a developer fault. Many emloyees salary have been deducted upto 5000 per month from inhand. And this decreament they will show you in your salary slip also. So if you resign after getting deduction suppose you joined at 55k per month and you got 5k deduction due to less billable hour then they will make your salary slip of 50k even if you resign. So when you go in other company your salary would be 50k in your last company.

There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

They have hour based wages for employees. They call it billable hours. One gets the salary according to the hours he get. Since February 2020 no body received more than 20% salary. Means 80 to 90% deductions happening during covid period. Few people left the company after frustration because they did not received two months salary after working 10 hours a day.
