Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

They just simply asked me to leave our company irrespective of my hardwork for their company for 5 months, as they are unable to give salary to their educated emoyee. It was my worst decision to work their, no job security & no work life balance. They are just racists.

Dislikes

Lot of politics & no respect to employees & low salary.
