I enjoy working at S.R.J Engineering & Trading Pvt Ltd due to the positive work environment fostered by the team. The project manager is particularly humble, approachable, and highly cooperative, making day-to-day tasks much more manageable and stress-free. The company's focus on teamwork and understanding has been a great motivator, and it’s a place where I feel supported in both my professional and personal growth.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
