friendly enviornment at workplace, report wth senior management.

  • Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

no facilities and amenities for employees. No motivation. lesser work life balace, no satisfaction with work, poor management. JDs are changeable frequently. nothing for Employee's safety and security. no canteen facilities. excess working hours. No leave policy. 6 days working week.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
