Company is very good The behaviour of MD is really good For employees, client and also for sub contractor. Sallery is on time. I am very thankfull to you for giving me opportunity to work in this company.

I learned lot from this company that how to handle the labours at site and face several problems day to day at site. Then how much we have learnt or prepared to do work the site conditions will teach us newly day by day. In this company i have more freedom on decision making at site and do all sorts of work like purchasing, approaching clients and clearing their needs that they will their needs one after another through that i learned that clients should satisfy the work has done and it will be challenging also. All in one was great experience....

Dislike are not mean but my opinion was company should change few things thats all company wishes

during working with shristi constructions ill learn so many new things regarding civil work and management skill it also require lots of travelling that i like most and most importantly during completion of work company gives me free hand and value my opinion and suggestion.

Dislikes

after completion of work we have to buttering government officials for our own payments and bills and any official make any unnecessary objection during work and after work without any valid reason.
