I like about its working culture and it's soothing environment of the company. I worked there for about 3 years in sales and marketing executive job. I was billing executive position at the company.

Dislikes

Dislike is that while receiving experience certificate they are not caring about employees. Secondly there is shortage of rooms availability inside the company. At the last since it is mining plant all dust and dirty things spread everywhere and that leads to hazardous disorders among the people working in Srishti developers Pvt Ltd.

I learned lot from this company that how to handle the labours at site and face several problems day to day at site. Then how much we have learnt or prepared to do work the site conditions will teach us newly day by day. In this company i have more freedom on decision making at site and do all sorts of work like purchasing, approaching clients and clearing their needs that they will their needs one after another through that i learned that clients should satisfy the work has done and it will be challenging also. All in one was great experience....

Dislike are not mean but my opinion was company should change few things thats all company wishes

during working with shristi constructions ill learn so many new things regarding civil work and management skill it also require lots of travelling that i like most and most importantly during completion of work company gives me free hand and value my opinion and suggestion.

Dislikes

after completion of work we have to buttering government officials for our own payments and bills and any official make any unnecessary objection during work and after work without any valid reason.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
