The company is open to srirama construction is small contractor but is best work and all over control the site for me and client is a L&T iam very lucky to the work in a company

Dislikes

Compensation is no but growth is slow. The work pressure very high. Daily i have to work 16hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and some times very pain the work
