This is one best company i have seen all construction materials in a single place.Friendly owner and they take care of their own staff members. About the job is ok thats all. job security is also ok.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.work pressure is very high. i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening. i didn't receive appreciation emails from any of my client. also there is no job training for the freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.
