...dling the primary sections. They'll give them to take up 9-10 subjects to teach. Don't get me started on the salary being provided as it is even less than the basic salary fixed by the state government. This school even makes their teachers to decorate the school whole time and make them stay back till 4 p.m fir that and these functions keep happening regularly, and the fun fact is that they don't even pay you any extra for this and these terms are not even mentioned in the offer letter but are defended by one simple line mentioned ie. 'the employees might have to stay back for any extra work if any day required ', and hence one can't sue them bec of the extra work they pour upon the employees. In short, don't ever think of joining this place!

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
