Top management is very well experienced in their respective domains and our Chairman and the directors are all pioneers in the industry. Worst team leading, there is no job security and management also not that much of Good with employees.

Dislikes

Too much of work pressure, one person should do all the things including field work also. There is a lot of politics and management doesn't care our issues, they need Their work completion first and I don't think there is a career growth.
