...st culture no job security within one year 25 members changed our of 25 members. No particular time for salary posting and zero satisfaction. Worest increment. Please don't send or refer to Srini pharmaceuticals.

There's no job security, management activuties professional , treating as a slave, Appraisals are unfair, There's no financial settlement like gratuity, leave earnings after quitting the job.

There is no policies to the company. No structural reporting procedure and no final financial settlement to the employee. Employee CTC amount also not paid by the management to the employee even employee left as per procedure. Managing director will also not respond on final settlement amount, even though relieve properly. Still they are not settled my final settlement amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- which was deducted from my CTC.

Compensation will not provide in time and even they are not paid my final settlement amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- even five months after relieving. Growth is very less if we are genuine. Management is completely manipulate and not genuine.
