...on the same day. At any cost n time I finished and only I start leaving to home. I feel painful when I am taking salary on every month

Very challenging to work and organising the workmen and technicians is very tough sometimes but I take it as challenging

There is no structural view for the Job position and salary. Salaries doesn't have appropriate positions.

On my joining noticed that among Security personnel lack of duty related professionalism. On joining taken keen interest to motivate Security personnel so that they can perform duties effectively. For this got liberty from local Management. Good work environment, culture and nice team spirit among staff. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth and promotions are very slow even after putting best efforts. On the job training is not given on joining.
