Company cannot effort your salary for future, less man power to work in company,out time going problem while leaving, poor transport facility,no breakfast and lunch facility.

Till now nothing such experienced. But it would be good if we have alternate Saturday off. This is so that we can do our bank related work and our important work. So accordingly weekly off should be on 3rd and 1sr sat when bank is open.

the company nature towards its factory workers is heart breaking ,factory workers get an increment of 4rs to 5rs on daily wages but the company keeps its staff very happy by giving them good incentive and good growth. the company policy towards its factory wokers not good enough.

Don't know about it currently, but in my time the project were a awesome part where you used to learn more and nire yes stress would get eventually but for a learner manageable but life wud be still a part where you won't get in Sridevi
