The company working sufficient is very good and easy to communicate our work requirements in top level persons. workers growth also well in this company and my growth also developing now.

Dislikes

Compensation is not good, working time and leave procedure every thing satisfaction but my last year appraisal not comfortable.

...ports very well to the co staffs and the incentive and increments are excellent. Moreover Sribal provides the accommodations to staffs and On time salary to all the staffs as well as workers are appreciable. Working culture is good. Overall I will give 4.5/5

Dislikes

Not much issues with Sribal. Needs to improve the co activities like skill development programs, staffs outing and well furnished accommodation to the staffs.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance.
