Salary is decent but no increments or no hike on salary till now and career growth is slow.

No increments, partiality in benefits, Doctors don't get any salary hikes while all other employees can get.Always under control of some lower educated ,lower grade managers

Overall the company atmosphere and the employees are very good,mostly the ideas are generated by the team to develop the company,as well as the employee's are more conscious about there work and friendly with co works as well as the students who came fir the projects and training,all. The employee's have a good working knowledge on the desired work and help the student trainees to go gain good knowledge and improves our interest to work on it.. every employee helps the student trainees by clarifying there every doubt without getting irritated. So overall my experience with Sri Vijaya Visakha milk producers is good.

The one thing which i dislike in the company is washroom and canteen..
