Dislikes

...ervices of hospital like Canteen, cleanliness, availability of medicines, etc. Common norms like respecting the experience and experienced based salary is not a practice here. Students do not get appropriate exposure as very less patients are in General Ward, etc. Management and people in posts like Director, CEO, PRO, Dept Incharge ppl, etc dont take employee feedback nor interact positively for feebacks. Guruji also is given less information and he too is avoided to interact with staff . Yearly increments are not wrt to industry practice / norms.

It's good to work over there. Environment is excellent with blessings from Pujya Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankarji. This institution is blessed with excellent Doctors and excellent treatment .
