Dear Guruji and guruji followers I want to talk to about Senior employees , only one name i will mention now deepak Senior HR , he is miss using his authority and bad behaviour with girls. and some girls asking help or document, but he will tell first you give some favour after i will do your work that means he talking indirectly with girls because of no one asking the question and complete also. please enquiry about him please transfer from hospital to another place other wise new employee also cannot doing work in this hospital. and who is completing above 5 to 7 years please transfer one pleace to another place because girls working for helping the family but like this people girls cannot do the work in this hopital... please enqiry the people and encourage new employee. please enquiry about Deepak Senior HR Thank you

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
