This is decidedly the WORST place to work if you are a doctor or nurse. There are rules that are absolutely unconstitutional, but by the time these rules are clear to you, you have already been ingested by this institution and it shows up as a short employment on your resume that you'd have to explain to any future employers - and the institute's chairs will harass you for even uttering the words - "I would like to move out of this place." It's a nightmare. Stay away.

Dislikes

Unconstitutional rules abolishing the right to practice freedom of action, such as - no non veg in the hospital or campus. No doctors cafeteria and an absolutist restriction on the entry of swiggy etc to deliver your food to you. Your food will be opened by security guards under the 'non non veg, no alcohol' rule even if you're ordering in your staff apartment. Weird judgments from overly devout staff and volunteers. Cameras installed over doctors' stations to add to the weirdness. These judgments are entered into your file and final exit letter from this institution, should you choose to move on - which you will. The institution is run by non-neutral 'white-and-white' 'brothers' who are Puttaparthi MBA grads prone to viewing doctors as outsiders and treating them as such. The people who run this place are holier than thou and unfortunately very judgmental and downright vindictive toward whisteblowers. Sai Baba wished that only spouses should interact frequently among opposites. That led to the establishment of separate male and female cafeteries in this place (worry not, these will be closed when you're on nightcall and during most of the day), and the rule that men and women cannot use the gym at the same time, and single men may not have female visitors - even their fiancees.

The company is purely based on research. We help students to get their sample analysis done. Also, hold the responsibility for the proper functioning of the instruments.

There is nothing to dislike, except for the dress code and no weekends policy. Rest all is fine.
