No salary & benefits growth in respect of equal qualification & experience. It's one of the major drawback of this co.

I won't recommend any one to join in this organisation as here culture is very bad, soaping and native support is high. They won't let you grow. Group politics by the middle management. No job security. They will terminate if they don't like u, even if you're a hard work. They don't know how to utilise the manpower. Still like proprietary organisation not like a Pvt. Ltd Company. No standards, no policies.
