Those who are working wholeheart fidelity in SRIT (any college) , their name will not come out. But those are acting behind the higher authority, their name come out with good way. This is happening all over the world.

Dislikes

...really good. But they dont know what is happening in all their trusted colleges. I benefited both salary and EPF as per government norms. They are giving leave also as per government norms. I am saying the SNR trusted colleges and schools are very good in all over Tamilnadu.

Likes

As of now, I like SRIT because of the consistency in the salary compared to other colleges. But still the scenario is getting changed now a days. Denying the increment, sending out the faculty members without notice. Before 2016 it is the place to learn basic teaching process in a correct way. that also completely changed now.

Dislikes

Job security becomes a big question. Basic rights of faculty members are denied. Partiality maintained in all level. Intermediate administrators are doing politics, Even to the management things are projected wrongly by intermediate administrators.
