Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Extremely worst college for the teachers...they will never consider the wellbeing of us. Extreme work pressure and even on the weekends they will conduct regular classes... And esp. during COVID there was 144 rule in Pondicherry. Even at that time they conducted College and forced us to come college everyday and those who dint come the college has given resignation letter and many teachers were affected in COVID.

Extremely worst college for the teachers...they will never consider the wellbeing of us. Extreme work pressure and even on the weekends they will conduct regular classes...and esp. during COVID there was 144 rule in Pondicherry. Even at that time they conducted College only for the teachers to go there and take online classes...no wifi provision we should use our own mobile data and those teachers who talked about safety rules... the college asked them to resign from there and also many teachers were affected by COVID.
