Congenial work environment. Management stands for true values and virtue. Academic support is very efficient for teachers in delivering curriculum. Very efficient administration system.

Dislikes

Not the most shiny pay masters. Individual recognition of work is missing - all praise and admonition is too generic too often. Growth or change of profile may seem to feel slow.

Dislikes

Kumaran's Secretary and the senior management are trash. There is no regard for parents or teachers. Teachers are given a list of excuses if they go for salary appraisal after 7 years, which is the institute's norm. Teachers are made to feel worthless during the year-end general meeting and are literally told to leave the school if they are unhappy with their salary package and company policies. Many teachers left the school this year because of inconsiderate and over-demanding management.

Nothing. Hopeless method of selecting kids. It's very difficult to de code. Not good for kids . They will be upset. Non sense procedure .

That's what. Selection criteria is not good. They give too much of pressure. They don't value parents.
