It's a very young company led by very young minds and it has lot of things to explore. Open for discussions and good environment to work.

Dislikes

As we are young they are also little feared to take faster decisions... Which is other side of the company makes it to dislike.

lot to say few of them are 1.HR initiative:The Department lacks efficiency and proactiveness.Their initiative to support the employees are minimal(nil) and poorly executed.Thay are miscommunicate the information between in employees and managemnt. 2.Full and final settlement:The company has not settle the departing employees F&F .which is frustrating and impact trust.The smooth outgo of departing employees also not possible. 3.Workculture:The overall work culture is modarate. Think before you selecting the company from Ex Project Head.
