Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

As a student of our college i know that the management always took care of our safety , convenient and our education .And always they give us free relax action through several cultural programmes and they provide so many opportunities and placement opportunity to get high level jobs as per our capacity with training also. They also give so many skill courses and government exam coaching classes too . And as a staff in that same college though I had a lots of work , i felt the same as student with that Mach level of comfortness.
