interview lete hai than hold karwate hai candidates ko then reject karte hai jisse ki candidates ko ache options milte hai to due to this company unko job oppotunity se hath dhona parta hai. sabse bade problem hai ki is company mein ki mnaagement worst hai . company ki MD ko kuch IT ka pata nahi hai but expression aise hote hai ki IT ka King ho. CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
