The one thing I like is the immense support of colleagues. The work life balance is average.

Dislikes

There is no innovation, no support from management. The work environment is poor with no system in place. There's no fixed responsibility in place. Everything works on autopilot mode. Suggestions given to improve the situation is only met with criticism. There's not basic equipment to provide good health care. Quality is highly compromised. Salary appraisal as signed in agreement is also not honoured. The compensations as promised are not met. The career does not see any growth here and the learnt skills also would be forgotten.
