No good work environment and culture.teammates are not supportive and the management is transparent. There is a no huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is low. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No proper systematic work and you can't work in your own thoughts. Factory Head will give instructions what he thinks not as per procedure.

It's one of the greatest and enthusiastic team. If you needs to learn about all of the works here. For an Initial period of career it's great part.

timing especially some teams are working equal than 12 hours without OT or anything. It depends on team.

No proper appraisal, nobody understand accounts department problem, MD never give time to provide necessary time for preparing statement iltrestment etc
