Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Company founder is friendlyship with me. on site travel is completely dependent on your project so many place to visit project work place to learn other culture and many type of people .

Dislikes

Career growth low , perfectly finishing to work but salary is pending. and many project work as in hand but company founder should not be carrying pending project work progress.
