There is no proper administration. There is no qulified H R, there is no promotions intime, salaries are not paying in time, very bad accommodation, there is no chance to improve work knoledge, there is no proper medical fecilities, there is no job security, there are lot of problems.

The group started from mini to major with various expansions in plant workings as per market needs 0n a long way. The innovation and implementation will be an asset always to an organization where Sri chakra group is one of it certainly.

Dislikes

The plant location in rainy & winter will be a good environment example to nature creation being in between huge mountains. The innovation was is a constant journey where from 2000tpd to 1800tpd roused constantly with good family atmosphere and under negligible political scenario only. Tech. consultants visit to recheck employees practical views, Implementing the employees suggestions by employer once approved by Technical consultants particularly on power, fuel and operational workings in savings by avoiding spillages etc. Self served same company under various designations for more than 150 month+ under fully satisfied way where can confidently advice to willing employees under new employment proposal.
