It's really good opportunity working in Sri Chaitanya.Management provides all the facilities like good salary and job security here.Workshop that conducts every year is very useful to the teachers for enhancing their skills.Here RP Mr Nagaraju sir has given lots of knowledge on Subject and life skills.its really wonderful platform to improve our skills.Management is highly appreciated with their policies.These Policies are designed for students and employees centered.I have worked in Srichaitanya around 10 years Since 2011.I have never faced any problem from Management.I always thankfull to SRI CHAITANYA MANAGEMENT

It's really sad to express my feedback on dislike.I never dislike the Management and Policies of Sri Chaitanya.these are always respectable. But I never like the Politics that goes on at Branch level.I have also faced many Politics from Principal and others at my Branch (Palasa) level even i do my work properly and effectively.Real talents are always suppressed by the officials at Branch level.I have seen Caste feeling(nepotism) at Palasa Branch. But Management and it's Policies are highly appreciated.I have worked 10 years because of Management. Thanking you SRINIVAS RAYALA (BIO HOD)

...s to perform her duty after coming to home. They don't give u any Medical leave. For one day physical issue they cut ur salary. They even don't give u ur CL readily. People will get traumatized after working here. Don't join guys if u don't want to ruin ur love for ur profession.

Fee follow up Admission follow up Adoption calls twice a month Score exam follow up Sundays also working day No holidays at all Salary delay School timings are not good. Actual school time( 8 to 4:30) Sri chaitanya timings ( 8 to 6) No respect to teacher Teachers treated as labours

Admin people command is there on teachers'. One of the head from admin controlling the whole school even principal and teachers. Promotion given by your connection with central office or south people only

Like slavery. But giving salary by 5 th or 6th of a month.

Salary 15k -23k for non mpc faculty. Admission, 10th to inter conversion, fees collection all teachers responsibility. Door to door Admission searching.
