I have never worried about my job security in 3 years of job as a physics faculty,big thing is that no politics in atmosphere everyone is professional.

I did not get any Increment from last three years so it’s better don’t compromise with expected salary when you are joining institute.

...cs . We should be punctual, sincere then only we can adjust in that institution. But only problem is salary not much higher than other corporate colleges.

During this pandamic COVID-19 SITUATION THEY REMOVE MOST OF OUR TEACHING JOBS AND THEY COULD NOT EVEN COMPENSATE AT LEAST30% SALARIES TO US.

zero, they are paying 30% of salary from march. they terminated lot of lecturers. they never give any support to lecture

job security-zero career growth-zero salary- don't expect more travel and other allowances-zero innovation-zero work environment-completely domination work life- better become a vegetable man

I really like the job.job is very secured.there is a chance to improve our knowledge.

... to us. And recently I am very sad about the management in the lock down period. They don't provide the salary to the most of the staff.atleast they don't think about us.

Very informative, can develop our skills.This is a good place to show our strengths and efficiency. It acts as a learning center.

...uch as leaves, though there is loss of pay we are much stressed to avail leaves. Poor salary
