Management Politics. No Job Security. They hired a people 1 year Contract Basis without informing. After joining you will know you are a contract employee. After 1 year or max 2 year they are fire you without giving any valid reason. Not promoting any one. Most of the employees are 10+ Years and they are still in Executive Position. HR policy is too bad.

Co is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Compensation is good but growth is so slow according to Co standard work pressure is high Salary or appraisal is poor as per Co standard

Senior dosn't solve any issue any complaints of staff , female dominent atmostphere, he dosn't focus work or main problems, irritate with annyoing things to staff , rotational shift on paper some hod importent pepole doesnt follow that things, department head doesnt listen any thing ,his some importment pepole harass the other staff for work , time , shifts etc

Best one hospital in delhi.. Doctors are so humble The best part of hospital is staff culture.. Staff alwys support to the patients...thy awys guide to patient every critical situation...

Balaji is a great organisation to work wid but the only drawback is it doesn't give any achievement in terms of designation and tenure .which is very imp in terms of individual when individual show his or her potential towards work ..and also to motivate an employee.
