Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent .there a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow . A few times is not growth salary . On the job training is not give n to new joines

Here different kind of chemistry works ...means new technologies n innovation which is little bit trouble or bothersome for new joinee.

Culture in terms of employee centric policies is degrading every year as change in Top Management has worsened the working conditions of the employees. Leaves are very little and limited as compared to other companies in the chemical industry
