There is a lot of politics and the salary is also low. Proper training didn't given by H. R. . Heavy work, maximum over time and over time money is very low (60 to 65 rs. Per hour).

there is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but growth is very slow. NMS and MS discrimination are too much very rud HR team. culture very avg. team work avg. policy are excellent but no one follows.

...ems like child education, parents caring etc everything will be done by company.If I am talking about the company benefits n compensation...in this concern srf is the best organization.

Here different kind of chemistry works ...means new technologies n innovation which is little bit trouble or bothersome for new joinee.

Salary and increament is excellent as compared to other companies in the chemical industry.

Culture in terms of employee centric policies is degrading every year as change in Top Management has worsened the working conditions of the employees. Leaves are very little and limited as compared to other companies in the chemical industry

There are so many. 1. No work life balance 2. No systematic approach 3. Resources shortage 4. Non responsive & selfish HR team 5. High retention ratio 6. No one wants to work here more than 1 yr
