...t is transparent. There ia a huge cafeteria and no gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give so-so salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the salary is also low. Proper training didn't given by H. R. . Heavy work, maximum over time and over time money is very low (20 to 25 rs. Per hour).

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
