Not good for increment for special manager like employee, not good for canteen facility,not good for NMS company bus opsite manager company bus , every employee should be hard work for SRF,but MANAGER,SE parsality for workmen level employee. Not proper safety , more gas with dasting. So overall not good for SRF FOUNDATION.DAHEJ

I like their moto and apporaches, team management, job security, employee safety, etc

they are always concern about the employee career growth by proviing various capcity trainings and experiemental. even their yearly apparaisal also is good. every year they are introducing new innovative methodology for implementation

I enjoy working at SRF Foundation because it provides a meaningful platform to contribute professionally as an M&E consultant to measure impactful educational, vocational, and community development initiatives.

While I value my experience at SRF Foundation, the slowdown of the decision-implementation process sometimes creates challenges in achieving my target on time.
