Workload is seamlessly manageable. You get a lot of autonomy and free time. This Institute gives you a comfortable cocoon (which also means that there is minimal possibility of growth)

Dislikes

1) Salary: This college goes through a financial crunch from January to April every year. During this time, you get no salary/irregular pay. However, this problem persists even after the Jan-April months are over. It is a recurring problem and the management doesn't even care to formally inform us anything about it. You'll basically be clueless about when your salary will credit, and if you raise concern about it they will ask you to "leave" the institution. Also, they have a very weird system of crediting "half salary" on some months, and you'll have no idea when the other half will be given to you.

I really love to work in sreenidhi institut of since and technology, good management, all works we can learn like Acadamic works, Administration work, Bank, Stores, Events. Overall good experience I gained at SNIST. The work culture was good.

Job security is good but growth is slow

Quality students so you always feel motivated towards something new so that you can meet with expectations of students.

Dislikes

Overall environment is health but due to some cast based politics, some people always remain behind the front Pannell, you ll never get new opportunities to prove yourself or to learn something new.
