GM always prefer to have only one office and have no tendency to expand the business. You can't share your feedback, if your feedback is something, GM will give you threats. So Management is too weak. 6) you don't know which you work you have to do because it depends on md. Suppose md has given you work and tell you to finish in 3 hours again he will give you call and tell you do something else. So you will be confused about your work. 7) No PF and ESI
