...ork from 7AM to 8PM sometimes till 11PM because md can give you call at 11PM. 4) no extra salary will be provided for your overtime work. 5) Management is too weak.MD is boss but he can't take any decision, if GM thinks this is bad means bad ,it doesn't matter whether you are correct or not. GM always prefer to have only one office and have no tendency to expand the business. You can't share your feedback, if your feedback is something, GM will give you threats. So Management is too weak. 6) you don't know which you work you have to do because it depends on md. Suppose md has given you work and tell you to finish in 3 hours again he will give you call and tell you do something else. So you will be confused about your work. 7) No PF and ESI
