There we have a practical knowledge of sand plant equipment, because they have a manufacturing unit very nearly and frequently introduction helps to gain practical knowledge. very senior and knowledge person's are there but they are really underrated.Suresh and Sathish a senior designers,nivash as a Solidworks designer.thena bro realy a friendly person. And I have a very much respect on Suresh and Sathish bro because they have a much more knowledge. Suresh sir is my favourite person because he and Sathish only build me . Thankyou all of you. Dislikes

Autocad only they use, some of people only using Solidworks and food not satisfied and your a slow learner...then u will get a more trouble there.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
