Only the friends I made there seems to be the thing about that place I like.. there is absolutely nothing!

...n you.. there won't be a single task they expect you not to do.. literally yes.. while people at other branches will just have do minimal work on same pay.. you will have to work like a labourer without stop.. and it doesn't stop there.. you will constantly be disturbed during your free time at your home.. and if even that stops you..any mistakes the managers make is instantly your fault even if you have nothing to do with it.. so if you are thinking about joining this place.. I will be glad to know about your wonderful experience there!

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
