There are lot of areas in HR and IR to work.Lot of scopes are there to improve in.You don't get bore to work there.

I dislikes the groupism in this plant and day to day involvement of higher management with every level of employees,which spoil the administrative systems.

Skills and learning development is good our Seniors and mentor is very much enthusiasm towards junior to technical help n learn some new thing, helping any kind of critical situation. Cm

Company culture and personal growth was not upto mark... Company management was not that much good.

I am very much satisfying by working in this company for its latest technology equipments& also the work culture. Very good relationship between all colleagues which cause the rapid improvement of company as well as its production.

Company location is very poor. Also network problem also arises maximum time due to only Bsnl network available in this location
